WARRANTY REGISTRATION

Thank you for choosing a Vokèra product.

We are sure your product will provide you with many years of reliable and untroubled service, however for additional peace of mind and to ensure that your guarantee is maintained, please register your details and the details of the product installed using the form below. Any relevant warranty documentation will be emailed to you once the warranty registration has been validated.

For boiler installations: To qualify for a full warranty the boiler must be registered within 30 days of installation and then serviced annually by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. Proof of annual service must be provided (e.g. Benchmark Service Record, which can be found in the back of your boiler manual). Should either of these conditions not be met the period of warranty will extend to only 12 months from installation.

You will need the following information to complete this form: Homeowner/ Landlord & Installer contact details, including postal and email addresses, mobile and landline phone numbers. You will also need the Installer’s Gas Safe or RGII number plus Product Model, Version and Serial Number.
